Bank deposit slips provided in Tenant Packet.  If additional slips needed, Tenant can get from M & T Bank lobby and write in Landlord's account number; bank account information provided on page 1 of Lease.  Tenant can also request additional slips from Landlord. 

 

• Rent due 1st of each month.  

• If Rent will not be paid by 5th, please advise Landlord so Landlord can plan accordingly.

• If Rent paid after 5th of the month, 5% Late Fee should be deposited with monthly rent.
