CHANGE FILTERS 

 

Changing filters quarterly increases furnace and air conditioner efficiency which reduces utility bills.  Filter sizes for your house are available on Maintenance Supply List under CURRENT TENANT->MAINTENANCE Tab. Village of Westover homes have washable filters which can be rinsed with garden hose, shook to remove excess water, and re-inserted.  Put date on Filter Log Sheet attached to your furnace to keep track of last change.  Suggest reminder to change filter on your calendar on quarterly months.
